Overview

This property, located in the Bernal Heights District of San Francisco was perfect for creating a modern remodel of a single family home.  We made improvements that substantially increased its value.

Our goal was to completely remodel the home with high functioning, modern kitchen equipment, three full baths with one main floor half bath and four bedrooms, all with the latest in trend-setting finishes. We maximized the living space of the first floor areas with a second suite, full bathroom and access to the rear yard. The results are a stylish and contemporary renovation of a single family home with an updated finish palette, all serviced with upgraded building systems for modern living.

Modifications Included:
  • Development of the first floor.
  • New energy efficient building systems including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment/services and new dual pane windows.
  • Three and a half new bathrooms and a new kitchen with gourmet, Energy Star-rated appliances.
